Sweet Mechouya Salad - Mediterranean Specialty

Mechouya Salad with dried tomatoes is a Mediterranean specialty. Thala produces it in an artisanal way with natural ingredients selected from Algerian farmers. Our Mechouya salads are cooked with peppers cooked over a wood fire and carefully peeled.
